Team & roles
Your partner account is an organization: the account holder (Owner) invites members and assigns each a role. Every member sees the org's own data only; roles gate which tools they may use.
Roles
| Role | Tuned for | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | The account holder | Everything: team, payouts, domains, tracking, campaigns, support. |
| Media buyer | The traffic operator | Dashboard, stats with earnings, domains, postbacks/API, campaign codes. |
| Support | Player-facing agents | Dashboard, stats (funnel only, no earnings), the Players workspace, withdrawal-reason presets. |
| Finance | Money ops | Dashboard, stats with earnings, payout addresses & history. |
What each member sees in the portal matches their role exactly — pages they can't act on don't appear in their navigation, and the dashboard checklist only shows steps they can actually complete.
Inviting a member
Under Team, hit + Invite member: enter their email, name, and role. They receive a temporary password and must set their own on first sign-in.
Housekeeping
- Role changes apply on the member's next request — no re-login needed.
- Deactivating a member instantly invalidates their sessions.
- Every member manages their own password under Account; changing it signs out their other sessions.
note
There are no per-member data scopes: a member either has a tool or doesn't, but data is always org-wide. If you run several independent buyer teams that must not see each other's numbers, use separate partner accounts.
